What is a credit?

Credits are how you pay for creations. Each tool shows its cost before you press Generate, for example 2 credits for 4 images or 20 credits for a 5-second video.

Can I use the videos for YouTube or ads?

Yes. On Pro and Premium you get commercial use rights and downloads without a watermark.

Can I write prompts in Hindi?

Yes. Write in Hindi, English or Hinglish. Saola understands all three.

What if a video fails?

If a creation fails, the credits go back to your account automatically.

How do I cancel my plan?

Open Account, then Billing, and press Cancel plan. You keep your credits until the end of the billing month.
